Hello Warner,

I was trolling through the New York Times online (I feel like a yuppie jerk just writing the beginning of that sentence. Sorry.) and found a slide show of the designer Peter Buchanan-Smith's studio in TriBeCa as well as his apartment in Greenwich Village (blah, blah, rich successful people and the places they can afford).

If we had a love child that was an apartment and/or studio inhabited by a man, it would look like this:

Those axes were for sale. And people bought them. All of them. He sold painted axes. That people wanted to buy. How and why?! Either way, good on 'im.

It's 1:40pm and I just ate breakfast and am roaming around the house in my house dress, which is actually a Lolita-esque 1970's cotton tube dress. Weird.

Can't wait to hear stories/see pictures from CUBAAAAAAAHHH!!!!

Jessica!

All this heat has made my sleepy dream worlds loopy and terrifying and lucid and vivid and vibrant. I love it.

My friend Spencer shared the new BLU video with me, it's pretty much what dreams are made of. Not sure if you have seen previous videos by him, but they look so time consuming but still childishly disjointed.

I wish I had the patience to execute projects that my mind conjures up...

it's like grown up Sesame Street.

and another, for your viewing pleasure...

MUTO a wall-painted animation by BLU from blu on Vimeo.

My fish are overheating and I'm getting worried. I am locking myself in my room with the AC on and going to keep a close eye on Mutton and Fleshy and Fitzgerald and the rest of the underwater crew. I am a creepy cat lady, but instead of cat hair on all my clothing I have bits of colored gravel and tropical fish flakes constantly stuck to me.

Love you and stay cooooool,
Yazo
